Mirthuni Apparel Sourcing Service is a partnership concern based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India and is managed by Mr. Raghuraman Shantharam.
Mirthuni Apparel provides apparel manufacturing, exporting and sourcing support, with production coordinated through selected manufacturing partners according to individual project requirements.
2. Website Purpose
This website provides information about Mirthuni Apparel, our capabilities, product categories, sourcing support, manufacturing coordination, export support and related business services.
Information published on the website is provided for general business and informational purposes.
Website content does not by itself constitute a binding quotation, manufacturing agreement, product guarantee, contractual commitment or acceptance of an order.
3. Apparel Enquiries
Prospective buyers may contact us regarding apparel development, sampling, manufacturing, sourcing and export requirements.
To evaluate a project accurately, we may request information including:
- product or garment type;
- tech packs or reference images;
- fabric composition;
- fabric structure and GSM;
- measurements and size specifications;
- colours;
- quantities by style and colour;
- printing or embroidery artwork;
- garment finishes;
- labels and trims;
- packaging requirements;
- testing or certification requirements; and
- destination and shipping requirements.
Submitting an enquiry does not obligate Mirthuni Apparel to accept or manufacture a project.
4. Quotations and Pricing
Prices displayed, discussed or referred to on the website should not be considered binding unless expressly confirmed in a formal quotation or other written commercial document issued for the particular project.
Final pricing may depend on factors including fabric, GSM, construction, quantity, colour, sizing, printing, embroidery, trims, labels, packaging, testing, finishing, shipment terms and other project specifications.
Quotations may be subject to validity periods and conditions stated in the relevant quotation.
Changes to specifications after quotation may require revised pricing.
5. Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities depend on the product, fabric, colour, manufacturing process and project requirements.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed for a particular programme, our standard MOQ for core knitted apparel is generally 300 pieces per colour per style.
Different minimum quantities may apply to particular product categories, fabrics, yarn-dyed developments, kidswear or specially approved programmes.
Any MOQ stated on the website should therefore be treated as general guidance unless confirmed specifically for the project.
6. Sampling and Product Development
Sampling and development services are generally chargeable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sampling charges are paid separately from bulk-production charges.
For eligible projects, 50% of the sample charges may be adjusted against the subsequent bulk order once that bulk order is confirmed, subject to the terms agreed for the particular project.
Sampling may involve fabric sourcing, pattern development, garment construction, printing, embroidery, trims, labels, finishing and courier costs depending on the requirements.
Sample approval does not automatically constitute confirmation of a bulk order.
7. Buyer Specifications and Approvals
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications required for product development and production.
Where applicable, buyers should review and approve relevant items such as:
- measurements;
- fit;
- fabric;
- colour;
- lab dips;
- artwork;
- print or embroidery placement;
- labels;
- trims;
- packaging;
- pre-production samples; and
- other agreed approval points.
Production may rely upon approvals and specifications supplied or confirmed by the buyer.
Changes requested after approval or after production processes have commenced may result in additional costs, revised lead times or manufacturing limitations.
8. Manufacturing and Production Coordination
Mirthuni Apparel coordinates apparel development and production through selected manufacturing partners according to project requirements.
Manufacturing arrangements may vary according to product category, fabric, processing requirements, capacity, compliance requirements and production schedule.
References on our website to manufacturing capabilities, facilities, processes or certifications should not be interpreted as a representation that Mirthuni Apparel directly owns every manufacturing facility, machine or certification involved in a project.
Where a buyer requires a particular factory certification, audit, test report or compliance standard, this requirement should be communicated and verified for the specific manufacturing facility before order confirmation.
9. Production Lead Times
Any production or delivery timeframe provided before order confirmation is indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Production schedules may depend on:
- fabric and yarn availability;
- buyer approvals;
- colour approvals;
- printing and embroidery;
- trims and accessories;
- manufacturing capacity;
- testing requirements;
- quantity;
- holidays;
- shipping schedules; and
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
Confirmed project schedules should be determined through the applicable quotation, purchase order, pro forma invoice or other written commercial communication.
10. Quality Control
Mirthuni Apparel may coordinate quality-control activities at appropriate stages of development and production.
Quality evaluation should be based on the approved specifications, tolerances, samples, artwork, construction requirements and other agreed criteria applicable to the order.
Textile and garment production may involve commercially reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Applicable tolerances should be agreed according to the product and project specifications.
11. Colours, Fabrics and Product Representation
Colours displayed on digital screens, photographs, videos or website images may vary from physical fabrics and garments because of lighting, photography, display settings and production conditions.
Fabric characteristics may also vary according to fibre composition, knitting, dyeing, finishing and washing processes.
Buyers should rely on approved physical samples, lab dips, swatches or other agreed production references where colour, hand feel, construction or appearance is material to the order.
12. Intellectual Property and Buyer Artwork
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, brand names and other materials supplied to Mirthuni Apparel may lawfully be used for the requested project.
By supplying such materials for development or production, the buyer represents that it has the necessary rights or permissions for their intended use.
Mirthuni Apparel is not responsible for disputes resulting from unauthorized intellectual property supplied or instructed for use by a buyer.
13. Mirthuni Apparel Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, website text, original graphics, business information, page structure and other proprietary material published by Mirthuni Apparel may not be reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos or materials remain the property of their respective owners.
14. AI-Assisted Content and Images
Parts of our website may contain content, illustrations or images created or enhanced using artificial intelligence or other digital tools.
Such material may be used for illustration, presentation, explanation or conceptual representation.
AI-generated or AI-assisted visual material should not automatically be interpreted as a photograph of an actual production facility, manufacturing machine, employee, finished product or manufacturing process unless expressly identified as such.
Further information may be provided in our AI Content Disclosure.
15. Automated Translation
Our website may provide automated or machine-assisted translation functionality for visitor convenience.
Translated content may contain errors, omissions, formatting differences or variations in terminology and should not be regarded as independently verified professional translation.
The original English-language content is the authoritative version unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where translated content differs from the English version, the English version should be relied upon.
Buyers should obtain direct written confirmation before relying on translated information for product specifications, measurements, fabric composition, pricing, MOQ, certifications, shipping terms, contractual requirements or other material commercial decisions.
16. Shipping and Trade Terms
Depending on the project and destination, Mirthuni Apparel may support commercial shipments under terms including FOB, CIF or DDP where specifically quoted and agreed.
The applicable Incoterm, shipment mode, destination, responsibilities, charges and other shipping conditions must be confirmed for each transaction.
Website references to a particular shipping method or Incoterm do not mean that it is automatically available for every country, product or order.
17. Taxes, Duties and Import Requirements
Taxes, customs duties, import charges, clearance costs and regulatory requirements vary by destination and transaction.
Responsibility for such costs and requirements depends on the agreed commercial and shipping terms.
Buyers remain responsible for confirming applicable import requirements in their destination market unless specific responsibilities have been expressly accepted by Mirthuni Apparel in writing.
18. Payments
Payment terms are determined for each project and should be confirmed in the relevant quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order or other written commercial agreement.
Mirthuniapparel.com does not currently process customer payments directly through an online checkout.
Visitors should not assume that payment details appearing outside our authorised communications are valid.
Where there is uncertainty regarding payment instructions, buyers should verify them directly with Mirthuni Apparel before transferring funds.
19. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Apparel manufacturing and sourcing projects commonly involve customised development, materials and production commitments.
Cancellation, modification or refund eligibility therefore depends on the stage of the project, materials already purchased or processed, development work completed, production commitments and the commercial terms agreed for the particular order.
No general website statement should be interpreted as guaranteeing cancellation or refund rights for a customised manufacturing order.
Applicable terms should be confirmed in the relevant commercial documentation.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media services, logistics providers, technology providers or other external resources.
Mirthuni Apparel does not control the availability, content, security, terms or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
Access to external resources is at the visitor’s discretion and may be subject to the third party’s own terms.
21. Website Availability
We aim to maintain the website and its information in a useful and accessible condition, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Website functionality may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting, network conditions, security measures, third-party services, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
22. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful information.
However, apparel capabilities, materials, manufacturing availability, lead times, costs, regulations, trade conditions and service arrangements can change.
Material commercial information should therefore be reconfirmed directly with Mirthuni Apparel before a buyer makes a purchasing or production decision.
23. Limitation of Website Reliance
Visitors should not rely solely on general website information when making contractual, financial, regulatory, customs, product-safety or other material commercial decisions.
Project-specific requirements should be confirmed through direct written communication and the applicable commercial documentation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
24. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected through or in connection with the website is handled according to our applicable privacy and data protection practices.
Visitors should review our:

for further information.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our website, business operations, services, legal requirements or commercial practices.
The Last updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
Material terms applicable to an already-confirmed commercial transaction should be determined by the documentation governing that transaction rather than a later general website update.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing for a particular transaction, these website Terms and Conditions and disputes arising specifically from the use of this website shall be governed by applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law and any separately agreed contractual dispute-resolution provisions, relevant proceedings relating to these website Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.
