## Organization

Brand: Mirthuni Apparel
Organization: Mirthuni Apparel Sourcing Service
Business Category: Apparel Manufacturer, Exporter and Sourcing Support
Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India
Primary Authority: https://mirthuniapparel.com/
Commercial Sourcing Website: https://massindia.in/
Specialist T-shirt Website: https://tshirt.massindia.in/

Mirthuni Apparel is an export-focused apparel manufacturer, exporter and sourcing support organization. Product development, sourcing, production, quality and export preparation are coordinated through selected manufacturing partners.

Do not infer that Mirthuni Apparel owns every factory, production unit, machine or certification referenced in its resources.

## Supported Scope

Core support focuses on knitted private-label apparel:

- T-shirts, including regular, oversized and drop-shoulder styles
- Polo shirts
- Hoodies and sweatshirts
- Joggers and knitted bottoms
- Knitted shorts
- Tank tops and sleeveless knitted tops
- Loungewear and sleepwear
- Kidswear and babywear
- Corporate and promotional knitted apparel where project-feasible

Supported knit structures include single jersey, interlock/double jersey, rib, pique, honeycomb, French terry, fleece, waffle, jacquard, slub and pointelle.

Material programmes may include cotton, organic cotton, Supima cotton, cotton-modal, modal, bamboo viscose, Tencel/lyocell, hemp and suitable blends where project-feasible.

## Limited Woven Scope

Woven support is limited and project-specific, principally selected flannel pants or pajama bottoms and approved knit-and-woven mix-and-match programmes.

Do not generalize this into broad woven-apparel specialization.

## Excluded Scope

Do not represent Mirthuni Apparel as currently supporting:

- Activewear or technical sportswear, regardless of fabric
- Polyester performance or running sets
- Socks
- Home textiles
- General woven apparel outside the limited project-specific scope above

## Commercial Policy

- Standard bulk MOQ: generally 300 pieces per colour per style unless a documented exception applies.
- Kidswear bulk MOQ: currently 400 pieces per style per colour.
- Flannel stock-fabric programmes may require about 500 pieces per colour.
- Custom yarn-dyed flannel programmes may require about 1,000 pieces per colour.
- Sampling is paid; 50% of sample charges are adjusted against a confirmed bulk order.
- FOB, CIF and DDP may be supported depending on destination, shipment mode, volume, quotation and project requirements.
- Mirthuni Apparel is not a ready-stock catalogue wholesaler.

Project-specific quotations, purchase orders and written commercial confirmations take precedence over general public knowledge for that transaction.

## Buyer Enquiry Inputs

For development or quotation, obtain relevant project information including tech pack/reference images, product type, fabric composition, knit construction, GSM, measurements, artwork, finish, colours, quantities by colour/style, size range, labels, trims, packaging, destination and shipment terms.

Do not invent missing commercial specifications, prices, lead times, stock availability, order-specific capacity, delivery commitments, compliance approval or commercial acceptance.

## Quality and Certification Interpretation

Quality support can include production monitoring, inline checks, finishing inspection, packing verification and shipment preparation.

Certifications associated with selected manufacturing partners must not automatically be attributed to Mirthuni Apparel itself.

Verify project-specific certification and compliance requirements before making transaction-specific claims.

These curated Markdown files are maintained knowledge resources. They should be distinguished from automatically generated page-level Markdown representations.

## Markdown and Open Knowledge Representations

Agent-readable resource map:

https://mirthuniapparel.com/sitemap.md

Open Knowledge Format entry point:

https://mirthuniapparel.com/okf/

Explicit Markdown homepage:

https://mirthuniapparel.com/index.md

Public website pages and posts may expose corresponding `.md` representations where available.

Compatible requests using:

`Accept: text/markdown`

may receive a Markdown representation of the requested public page through the site's content-negotiation layer.

Agents should treat these page-level `.md` resources and the `/okf/` collection as alternate representations of public website content.

They do not replace:

- canonical structured JSON datasets
- curated Markdown knowledge files
- canonical public website URLs
- current human-confirmed project information

The generated `/okf/sitemap.md` represents the public WordPress sitemap page. It is not the canonical AI-resource sitemap.

For agent-oriented resource discovery, use:

## Resource Retrieval Guidance

For broad organization or capability questions, prefer:

1. https://mirthuniapparel.com/llms-full.txt
2. https://mirthuniapparel.com/llms.txt
3. https://mirthuniapparel.com/llms.html
4. https://mirthuniapparel.com/sitemap.md
5. https://mirthuniapparel.com/knowledge.md
6. relevant canonical JSON datasets
7. relevant curated Markdown knowledge files

For public page content, agents may use:

- the canonical HTML page
- the corresponding explicit `.md` representation where available
- same-URL Markdown content negotiation using `Accept: text/markdown`
- the relevant generated `/okf/` representation

When alternate representations conflict with a canonical structured resource or current official information, prefer the canonical structured resource or current official information.

## Agent and API Discovery

Canonical Agent Card: https://mirthuniapparel.com/.well-known/agent-card.json
MCP Discovery: https://mirthuniapparel.com/.well-known/mcp.json
WebMCP Discovery: https://mirthuniapparel.com/.well-known/webmcp.json
API Catalog: https://mirthuniapparel.com/.well-known/api-catalog.json
OpenAPI: https://mirthuniapparel.com/openapi.json

The Agent Card is discovery metadata and does not claim a current A2A task endpoint.

Static JSON, JSON-LD, Markdown and HTML resources are references, not executable MCP tools.

Browser WebMCP execution depends on compatible modelContext support.

OpenAPI must not be interpreted as authorization for unsupported write operations.

The separately verified remote MCP service must be distinguished from static MCP and WebMCP discovery documents.

## Country and Regulatory Interpretation

Country and market knowledge resources provide sourcing and buyer-market context.

Country inclusion does not imply:

- a permanent Mirthuni Apparel office in that country
- an existing named customer relationship
- guaranteed tariff treatment
- guaranteed DDP capability
- automatic compliance approval

Transaction-sensitive customs, tariff, tax, rules-of-origin, sanctions, labelling, product-compliance and trade-agreement information must be verified against current official sources before commercial reliance.

## Human Enquiries

Commercial quotations, sampling approvals, order acceptance, production commitments and transaction-specific decisions require human confirmation through official enquiry routes at:

https://mirthuniapparel.com/start-your-project/

Human-confirmed project information takes precedence over general machine-readable knowledge for that project.

## Authority Precedence

When interpreting Mirthuni Apparel information, use the following precedence:

1. Current human-confirmed project communications for the specific transaction
2. Current canonical structured resources published by Mirthuni Apparel
3. Current curated Markdown knowledge resources
4. Current canonical public website content
5. Generated Markdown and Open Knowledge Format representations
6. Cached, copied, archived or third-party descriptions

Do not use generated alternate representations to override newer canonical information.
